First Time New Client Sessions

Come & try out Pilates!

**For those wanting to come with friends & family members, you can bring up to four people!

You will get to try out the Pilates equipment, learn basic movements of Pilates & ask any questions you may have. Once you have completed your First Time New Client Session, you will have access to our various classes through our scheduling app!

  • $30 per person for a 50 minute session

Private Classes

One on one individualized training with the various Pilates equipment (i.e., reformer, chair, arc barrels, & various props). Ideal for those with injuries, special conditions, or new to Pilates. 

  • $100 per 50 min. session

  • $55 per 30 min. session

  • 5 session Pilates Package - 30 min. Private Sessions for $250 ~ savings of $25!

Duo Private Sessions

For those who would like to do Pilates with their spouse, best friend, or family member in the privacy of a duo session. Each session is customized to your unique goals & abilities.

  • $70 per person for 50 min. session

  • $40 per person for 30 min. session

  • 5 session Pilates Package - 30 min. Duo Sessions for $175 ~ savings of $25! *per person

Group Classes

For those who enjoy meeting new people in an encouraging & supportive class environment. The Pilates reformers, EXO chairs, mats & a variety of props will be the most utilized pieces of Pilates equipment. 

  • Each person pays:

    • $45 per time for 50 min. class

    • $180 for 5 session package

    • $350 for 10 session package ~ savings of $100! (additional $25 discount if using check/cash!)

30 Minute Lunch Hour Pilates Classes

Great for clients who want to get Pilates into their work day, increase their energy, and avoid the afternoon slump! This is a multi-level Pilates class where progressions & modifications will be given. Classes will flow through various Pilates exercises primarily on the reformer.

  • Each person pays:

    • $30 per time 

    • $225 for 10 session package ~ savings of $75! (additional $25 discount if using check/cash!)
