Pella Pilates & Wellness Cancellation and Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Notice Policy: Please give Pella Pilates a minimum of 24-hours notice to cancel a scheduled group or private session, or there will be a full service charge. Please cancel using the Schedulicity App or website. If you would like to cancel or modify a reservation or appointment, click "Cancel" on your scheduled appointment. "Late Cancel" appears when the online cancellation period has passed. This option can be used to allow another person to register in that availability. No Show/Late Cancel Policy: If you late cancel or no-show more than three times per class scheduled, you will lose your saved spot & can re-enter through the waitlist feature.

Participation in Pilates

You acknowledge that you are able to participate in Pilates and have been cleared by your physician or other healthcare provider. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, heart disease, etc.), physical injuries, weakness, are pregnant, post-natal or post-surgery, you should consult with your doctor first before engaging in Pilates. Please communicate & inform us IMMEDIATELY if at any point you do not feel well during your session.

Sickness Policy

Sickness Policy: If you have a fever over 100 degrees &/or have ANY symptoms of illness, please do not come to class. Please cancel any closely scheduled class sessions (1-2 days) as a courtesy to others. If you become ill during class, please inform the instructor & leave immediately.

Active Pain/Injury Policy

Active Pain or Injury Policy: Please do not come to class if you are experiencing active pain or injury. Please cancel your scheduled classes. Please seek medical treatment & clearance before scheduling future classes.

Child Policy

No children in the studio at any time unless they are active participants approved by the instructor.

Cell Phone Policy

Please silence cell phones during class time as a way to keep our class environment free of distractions. If you need to make an emergency call, please step outside the studio. Cell phones are not to be used to record classes unless permission is granted.

Class Policies

Minimum occupancy: If there are less than two people scheduled per group class, the class can be canceled at the instructor’s discretion. Class times, class levels, & instructor schedules are subject to change. Only scheduled class participants are allowed in the studio during their scheduled time. No spectators are allowed in the studio. Please schedule classes according to the level approved by Pella Pilates Instructors. Our commitment to your safety is our first priority!

Arriving and Departing

Please arrive no more than 5 min. before class, come on in 1-2 min. before classes start, and depart promptly when classes end to help keep our class transitions and parking areas run smoothly.

A Positive and Encouraging Environment

Pella Pilates seeks to be a place where everyone feels supported and encouraged. Negative or critical comments will not be allowed.

Payment Policies

Packages must be paid in full to attain a discounted class rate. Class fees must be paid in full by the end of class. If you have an overdue account, you may not attend classes until balance is paid in full. If balance is not paid within 5 days, all scheduled spots will be vacated.
